Watermark is providing the final design and construction of fire protection, HVAC and plumbing systems at the New Bedford Harbor Dewatering Facility in New Bedford, MA.  A team of local designers and subcontractors was assembled for this project to meet the Client’s desire that the work be performed by local firms.

The dewatering facility is being constructed by TetraTech FW (TtFW) for the US Army Corps of Engineers under their Total Environmental Restoration Contract (TERC).  The facility will accept and process PCB contaminated harbor sediments in support of the dredging of New Bedford Harbor.  The $1 mil mechanical services subcontract awarded to Watermark was completed in June 2004.
